Yoga Basics

This class is suitable for everyone - from complete beginners to more experienced practitioners. I'll provide options and modifications for poses, and I always encourage you to listen to your body. If something doesn't feel good it's fine to sit it out or do something different!

After booking, you'll be emailed a Zoom link - just click on this link to join the class. If you'd like me to observe your practice and offer adjustments or modifications then try to have your camera positioned so I can see your body. If you'd rather have your camera off that's totally fine.

You don't need anything specific for classes but a blanket is always handy and I'll let you know in advance of the class if anything else might be useful.
