Your pregnancy is a wonderful journey, and these classes are designed to nurture and support you throughout. You will learn techniques to help maximise your health and wellbeing throughout your pregnancy - using movement to limber, strengthen and soothe your body, breathing practices to nourish and restore, and meditation and yoga nidra to help enhance connection between mind, body and your baby. Pregnancy is a unique experience for every mother to be, and in these classes you will be encouraged to listen to your body, and to learn how to use yoga to find confidence. These classes will vary each week - some sessions will involve more movement than others (but you are always encouraged and supported to go at your own pace), and some will bring a focus to slowing down and nurturing - using breathing practices and meditation to find a sense of calm and mindfulness. As a mother of 3, I have experienced 3 different pregnancies, have practiced yoga throughout each pregnancy and I am fully qualified as a pregnancy yoga teacher. As such I am in a unique position to be able to support and guide you throughout your pregnancy yoga journey.
Once a class or session is booked please give me 12 hours notice if you need to cancel your attendance and I will then offer a replacement class. Where 12 hours notice to cancel your attendance has not been given a replacement class will not be offered.
